So, I’ve really been trying to take different pictures. Different, for me, because I’m trying to take more distance shots. Really only because I wanna play more with Tilt-Shifting. I think its the coolest photo medium out there right now. I’d kill to get on the roof of my Wal-Mart to take some pictures. I can’t really just say, “hey, management types, can I take the keys to the roof access and take a couple of dozen pictures of the parking lot with all the cool cars, cause I wanna make these pictures look like toys and models!?” The would think I am crazy for even asking, and laugh at me.
I did however sneak my camera in to Providence Place Mall on Friday. I wanted to make a video or two, but decided on taking some pictures of the levels below. Looking back on it now I was standing at the wrong angle to be shooting distance shots. Even though I was 3 levels up, I was almost on top of what I was shooting. But in my defense, the mall cops there, are rule nazi’s. We’ve been yelled at for leaning on the railing. So I was trying to take my pictures as overtly as possible, so I wouldn’t get caught.
The main reason for going to PPM, on Friday, was to watch the Watchmen. So I guess we watch the Watchmen! *snicker* The movie was pretty good, you don’t even really notice that its 140 minutes long. I still say the the movie needed about another dozen or so slow motion scenes. Oh, and along with more slow motion scenes, there really needs to have MORE BLUE COCK wagging at me on the IMAX screen. Hopefully in the sequel, it’ll just be 140 minutes of Dr. Manhattan, running on a treadmill. But Seriously, it was a good movie, and going in, knowing nothing about the original comic (cause, it originally was a comic, then it was a graphic novel…), I enjoyed watching it. And when it comes out, I’ll probably pick up the ultra director’s uncut (no pun intended) super edition.

I want to see the watchmen… and now all this talk of gigantic blue cock has made it a must see. You hardly ever get cock shots in the theatre!
